I have loved listening to the sounds of different languages ever since I was little. I have listened to songs in the languages I was interested in.
I created the community because I thought it would be nice to find other people like me.

Over 500 videos in more than 150 languages were shared. As I listened to the sounds of languages I'd never heard before or didn't even know existed, I knew I'd like the music of languages similar to those whose sounds I liked. I sorted the videos by language family and created playlists on YouTube.

 

About a year later, just under 2,000 videos in more than 300 languages were shared. I created this website to filter songs by language because it became difficult to search for them.

 

The language classification is based on the English and Japanese versions of Wikipedia. Some of the classifications are unclear, which may result in errors. Furthermore, languages may be treated as dialects and vice versa. If there is little information about a song, the language described in the video may be incorrect. Please point out any errors you find.
